| Terms and Conditions We undertake to process your order as fast as possible. Hopefully getting the goods out to you the next day, if not before. All items listed as avaiable are in stock and ready to ship. Returns are only allowed within 14 days if you contact us about any problems and goods are returned, unopened and as new. Cards are only charged upon shipping of your goods. Please ensure that if paying by Paypal etc you add the correct postage to your order. Orders that do not include the correct postage will not be processed until this has been paid. Please ensure that you input the correct card details. Incorrect card details can cause a chargeback where our company does incur a £15.00 charge from our merchant service provider which we will pass onto the customer. Our aim is to build this into one of the best online stores for modellers and hopefully things will go without a hitch, but if you have any problems please feel free to contact me and we will try to resolve the matter asap. For goods that go out of stock and are not our ranges we have no control on when, and sometimes if, these will be in stock again.
